<\/a>Registration for the 15th ACM International Conference on Web Search and Data Mining (WSDM) 2022 is now open. Please read the registration information carefully before beginning the online registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Authors of Accepted Papers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each paper accepted to the conference need to be accompanied with a distinct author registration.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least one author of all papers accepted to the main conference program (including the demonstrations) are expected to register, as an author, for either a three-day package or a five-day package during the Early Bird Registration period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least one author of all papers accepted to the single-day programs (industry day, smart city day, workshops, doctoral consortium) are expected to register, as an author, for either a single-day package or a five-day package during the Early Bird Registration period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student authors of a full, demo, or doctoral consortium paper can apply for SIGIR Student Author Registration Awards (click for more info<\/span>)<\/a>, deadline 11\/30\/21). If you plan to apply for this award, please do not register the conference before you receive the grant notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

US-based students can apply for NSF Student Travel Awards (click for more info<\/span><\/a>, deadline 12\/15\/21). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancelation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Author registrations are not cancelable. The other types of registrations are cancelable until February 5th — we will reimburse 90% of the registration fees. No refunds will be granted after February 5th. Requests must be submitted in writing to wsdm2022reg@gmail.com<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inclusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Single day (day 1 or day 5 only) registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Includes access to all activities on the selected day; Monday includes all tutorials, Industry Day; Friday includes all workshops and doctoral consortium and smart city day; access to the conference proceedings via the ACM Digital Library<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full conference (5-day) registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Includes all elements of three-day registration; plus access to all activities on Monday and Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
