From 29 August 2022, all travellers can enjoy quarantine-free travel to Singapore with simplified COVID-19 measures in place so that you can explore the island with a peace of mind.


Quarantine-Free Travel


For fully vaccinated visitors to Singapore, no entry approvals, pre-departure tests, on-arrival tests and quarantine required.

Non-fully vaccinated visitors will no longer be required to undergo a 7-day Stay Home Notice (SHN) upon arrival or take an exit SHN Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test.

COVID-19 Situation in Singapore


Singapore’s Covid-19 situation is stable. The country has a highly vaccinated population, with 92% fully-vaccinated with two doses and 79% received booster shots (as of 5 October 2022). For the updated statistics, please refer to the Ministry of Health.

Local businesses, MICE venues and attractions maintain good sanitation and hygiene protocols with over 33,000 establishments awarded the SG Clean Quality Mark – a national mark of excellence for businesses that adhere to high standards of environmental public hygiene on their premises. Safe Management Measures continue to be in place and calibrated based on the prevailing health situation to minimize health risks.

  • Mask-wearing is not required in indoor and outdoor places, except in healthcare settings, public transport and some flights and ferries.
  • Dine-in is allowed for all persons. This includes F&B establishments, hawker centres and coffee shops.
  • Entry to events and nightlife establishments (including bars and karaokes) is open to all persons.
